Rebuilding from the ground up
This site was broken by a Joomla! update, and I am now trying to rebuild it from the ground up. It looks like the article database is gone, but most of the contents exist in my file system in some form or another.
My sincere apologies to our readers - this all started with an attempt to make this website mobile-friendly, and ended in complete disaster.
